Bike Lanes

These bike lanes and road diets are just increasing driver frustration. They look for alternative routes and speed through residential neighborhoods, where most bike riders completely ignore traffic signs. Ximeno between Anaheim and PCH is a complete waste of money. It has only increased traffic and not made it safer for bicyclists or motorists.

This waste of taxpayer (our) money has to stop. Fix the potholes, clean up the encampments, increase police patrols, then if there is any money left let the public decide if we want more underused bike lanes that slow traffic, take away parking and reduce driver visibility. Many people from other towns are avoiding Long Beach because of the traffic and parking issues.
