A terrible idea there is no mass transit to handle the additional traffic concerns
There are other parts of the city that have empty lots already - what about
the marketplace has a lot of wasted space
Why destroy neighborhoods & bring down the value of homes
Why 4-5 story building when you couldn't approve the old hotel on pch & 2nd
