Lowenthal Congratulated

FORMER California Attorney General Bill Lockyear congratulates newly elected California Assemblyman Josh Lowenthal after swearing him in at Josh’s alma mater-- Polytechnic High School in Long Beach on Feb. 11.  Former graduates from his class fondly chanted, “Once a jackrabbit, always a jackrabbit,” (the school mascot/moniker).
