My Best Shot

This moonrise was taken on August 29 by Doug McConnell, MD, the night before our recent “Super Moon.” The night before the full moon is important because the scene is partially lit by the setting sun from behind the camera. As always, the needed FAA clearance was obtained for this location and time.
