Am sure he had nothing to say about TigerText usage! Why didn't he speak up against its use? He was one of the primary users. He is a hypocrite and just as dirty as all of Chief Luna's staff. That's why he got the position he is in. Just a "yes" man, brown noser. Fire this dirty wanna-be cop.

He didn’t speak up against it because if he had, he would NOT be promoted to his current rank of police commander with minimal field experience! This guy used an officer as sacrificial lamb to get those stars on his collar. If you think I’m kidding, wait until the law suit filed by the officer pays out the thousands of dollars due to malicious administrative decisions made by the brass.

And if ANYONE would have stood up against the TigerText or for that matter anything else Luna thought was a good idea to implement, opposing him would be the end of your career at the department. Or as the rank and file refer to “patrol for life.” They would never see a promotion or transfer to a desirable detective detail for the rest their career.

The top echelon of the department are not just corrupt, but vindictive and ruthless, a little group of Nazis if you will. Trust me, that place is a hell hole for the rank and file officers that have to put up with those Nazis.
