All activities are optional and kids can opt to spend the day relaxing playing pool, Ping-Pong, air hockey or Tetris and can bring their own electronics.

Cost is $5 per hour, $26 for basic hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., or kids can stay the entire Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for only $34. Siblings are $5 off when booking the extended hours. Space is limited so The Youth Center asks parents to register by Nov. 8 for Shark-ation and by Dec. 6. For the Dec. 9 event. Snacks at Shark-ation are provided for an additional fee.

If parents also register for The Youth Center’s Kid’s Night Out to be held on Nov. 18 and Dec. 15, their child will get a free meal of pizza, a snack and drink for that Kid’s Night Out. Kid’s Night Out is held the third Friday of each month and prices are $15 for the first child and $10 for siblings or a second child. Pizza, snack and drink for Kid’s Night Out is $3.
