Gwen Parker Passes

Nora Biagi

Gwen and I met as co-workers at the Press-Telegram circa 1980 and remained close friends for several years. We lost touch when I moved out of state in 1989. I contacted her on Facebook a few years ago and she responded.  But we never got together, I regret that.

I will always remember Gwen for the good times we had (you couldn’t have a bad time with Gwen).

And her spirit! What about that?  She loved dogs and dogs loved her.  Not so much cats ... she was terribly allergic.

She had a taste for adventure and our trips to Ensenada and the Renaissance fairs are one of my very favorite memories.

I love you Gwen, Godspeed
