Scott, the owner/trainer is an expert at what he does. And what he does is guide you to the best shape you've ever been in!! Whether you're a "mature" individual with a spotty fitness history ( such as myself 64yrs ) or a young conditioned athlete --- you'll benefit from the friendly encouragement Scott provides to each client.

This is an unsolicited commentary on my own personal experience. I urge anyone who's ever considered working out with the help & guidance of a trainer to take advantage of the coupon. You won't be sorry.
