Male Exposing Himself to Minors

The Long Beach Police Department wants to make the public aware of a suspect that has exposed himself to minors on at least five occasions. The incidents occurred in the area of Arbor Road to Atherton Street and Bellflower Boulevard to Palo Verde Avenue, between Aug. 6 and Sept. 12, and between the hours of 3 and 6 p.m.

The suspect has often been seen riding a dark-colored bicycle. He will approach minor females, ask them for directions and then expose himself. The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 20-40 years old, 5’ 9”, thin to average build, short black hair that is cut shorter on the sides than the top, several days of unshaven facial hair and possibly wearing glasses.
