No Kings Day

 

Third District resident Merry Colvin rallies against President Donald Trump’s ICE raids and policies from her home on “No Kings Day” Saturday, June 14. While others protested in large groups in Long Beach and across the country, Colvin stood in front of her house tooting a horn at passersby while holding a sign, “Honk for no kings.” Asked by a neighbor if she feared ICE would show up and confront her, Colvin, 81, responded, “I hope they do.”
