Recall Pearce

At first I didn’t want a recall. Now I do. There has not been much questioning or investigation since first hearing about Pearce. It’s as if the council wants to sweep it under the table. We have become the City of Bell with just more money.

I wouldn’t have had a problem with this if they just publicly questioned her actions. They sweep it to the side like it is no big deal. We will just have to move on. If this was open and transparent it will be one thing. I voted for Pearce and now feel like my vote was wasted.

No one in city hall has questioned this publicly. It smells like corruption and this is just the tip of the iceberg. This is just what we have heard and what has been reported. If this were transparent from the get go then it would be okay. We want transparency!

I wonder now what else they are hiding when I don’t see anyone else from city hall questioning this behavior and preferential treatment.
