I am protesting and in disagreement with a proposed increase to the Long Beach refuse service charges. My [Nov/Dec] bill shows the day rate as $0.8036. I receive service four days per month (on average), meaning that my effective monthly charge should be $3.21 instead of increasing my monthly bill to $24.47.
