This is the most despicable use of police brutality and proof that there is a huge problem in the LBPD. This is unacceptable in any community in the USA. This reminds me of the LA Rampart debacle. Every police officer, including the Chief that it can be proven in a court of law is involved in this should be terminated and lose their pensions. I have proudly lived in Long Beach for 23 years and am shocked that this is going on. Every concerned citizen needs to hammer the LBPD until justice is carried out.
