Pickleball Fun at Horny Corner

Get past the peculiar name that is pickleball. Why is it called pickleball? Because the world is silly, that’s why. It’s named after a rowing term – the pickle boat was the crew that was pulled together at random.

Fitting name since the game was born out of using leftover equipment from other sports. This pastime was obviously not supposed to have gotten this big, however, fun is fun and pickleball is simply a fun, competitive time.

Smaller than a tennis racquet, bigger than a ping pong paddle, pickleball is just right. They play lots of pickleball on Horny Corner here in Long Beach by Alamitos Bay. Well worth checking out.
