Our streets were not designed to be storage facilities for over-sized vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. They are extremely dangerous in that they impede and block the view of other vehicle drivers, emergency responders, pedestrians, bicycles, etc.

There is one very simple way to reduce the number of homeless people and their encampments in Long Beach. Just stop giving them money. And chastise those who do give them money. If you reward them for soliciting, they will continue the behavior.

I have always thought it embarrassing for people making millions of dollars in entertainment to have shows to spotlight themselves and give each other trophies and applause.
