Former 4th District Councilmember and Long Beach Mayor Tom Clark passed away Wednesday at the age of 93. He was the longest serving member of the council from 1965 to 1996 and was elected mayor by his council colleagues three times before the position became fulltime.
With delightful weather in place at the beach and with summer fast approaching, many locals want to escape to the strand, but they aren’t allowed to yet.
